Welcome to CompHub! The following Release Notes apply to processes in the Test and Training Portal.

• Administrative Processes: Under the "Administrative" category of CompHub processes, you will find a collection of new utilities designed to give you the autonomy to perform administrative tasks on behalf of you or your organization.
• The CompHub User Registration System is not yet open for new user registration. Current WFMS (Online Services) users will be notified when CompHub user accounts have been created. Watch for more details to come.

Attention Practitioners: CompHub User Set-Up Underway

As we prepare to roll out CompHub to production use, we want to make sure all current WFMS Online Services users have user accounts for the new system. Therefore, starting 8 July 2020, we will be creating the CompHub user accounts for the current users. Approximately 200 users will be created each workday, and users will receive an email with detailed instructions on accessing the CompHub system the first time and how to create a new password. Some key points to know include:

• Your CompHub account is separate from your current WFMS Online Services account.
• You will only be able to change your CompHub password at this time. No other functions will be available.
• Once we have all users created in CompHub, we will be announcing online training webinars to introduce the new system and provide access to the Test and Training Environment.
• Continue to use WFMS Online Services for all submissions to the Commission until notified otherwise. If you have any questions or problems, please email CompHub@wcc.state.md.us.

• June 16, 2020 - CONTACTLESS TEMPERATURE SCREENINGS: Beginning on June 22, 2020, the Commission will conduct temperature screenings for members of the public attending in-person hearings. Please review the updated Courtroom Protocols linked below.
• June 16, 2020 - Instructions for Video Hearing Requests, Exhibit submissions and Courtroom Protocols are updated and posted.
• June 12, 2020 - WebForm - EX04 Claimant's Consent to Pay Fees & Costs and Claimant's Affidavit to submit the Claimant's Consent to Pay Fees & Costs or Claimant's Affidavit in Support of Settlement via Online Services.
• May 1, 2020 - Pursuant to the authority granted by COMAR 14.09.17, on 5/01/20, Chairman Aumann issued Administrative Order 2020-02 regarding extension of deadlines Read the Administrative Order 2020-02.
• April 30, 2020 - Practitioners Requesting Video Hearings should indicate in the "justification" section that there is a set-with and include set-with claim number. Also, please review your VRH request carefully prior to submitting. If you realize that a mistake was made when the emergency hearing request was submitted (such as incorrect email address provided), please email Alackington@wcc.state.md.us. Do not file a correction notice.
